OUR WARRANTY TO YOU

Elite Products & Technologies, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three years from the date of purchase for parts on all products. Parts or products found defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the sole option of Elite Products & Technologies, Inc. upon receipt of proof of purchase. The purchaser shall bear all packaging, insurance, and shipping costs to and from Elite Products & Technologies, Inc. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not apply to products which have been subjected to abuse, neglect, improper usage, faulty installation, lightning or other incidence of excessive voltage, or unauthorized alteration or repair.

HOW TO GET WARRANTY REPAIR
|

Ship us your defective item(s) accompanied with your original invoice, and a check or money order for $3.99. You must include a check (personal/company/certified) payment of $3.99 (non refundable) made out to Elite Products & Technologies, Inc. The $3.99 is to cover the cost of Elite Products & Technologies, Inc. shipping you your new or repaired product back to your address. This fee cannot be waived and is an enforced procedure.

GENERAL PRODUCT’S WARRANTY
|
|
All after-market products sold at EliteXtreme.com, except for batteries and BlueTooth products, are accompanied with a 36 month warranty. If your product is not labeled OEM somewhere in the item's description, then it is an aftermarket product. To be certain, you may contact us to further verify. This warranty is applied to any aftermarket product that fails to function due to manufacturer defect. If it is deemed that your product is not functioning due to manufacturer defect, your product will either be repaired at no cost or you will receive a new product at no cost. If the product that you purchased is not being sold at EliteXtreme.com at the time of warranty exchange, then EliteXtreme.com will replace it with a comparable product..

OEM PRODUCT’S WARRANTY
|
|
Some of the products that EliteXtreme.com sells are Original Equipment Manufacturer items. This means that the Manufacturer (ex. Motorola) covers the warranty and not EliteXtreme.com. For "OEM" product warranties, please refer to the manufacturer for details. All OEM products display “OEM” somewhere in the product description of the item. If your product does not display original, or OEM product anywhere in the Item description, then you must refer to the GENERAL PRODUCTS WARRANTY policy. If you would like more information on how to contact your manufacturer, please contact us and we will be able to further assist your needs.

BATTERY’S WARRANTY
|
|
All batteries come with a 30 day warranty from they day that you receive the shipment. The battery must be defective due to manufacturer defect and not functioning. Any battery that is not functioning due to customer inflicted damages is not covered under the 30 day warranty. If the battery does not hold a charge, that is not covered under this warranty. You must follow the instructions written in your wireless phone's manual regarding battery charging instructions. EliteXtreme.com recommends that when you receive your battery, you charge it for 12 hours without interruption for the first time. After you charge it for 12 hours, use the phone till it drains out the power and repeat this at least 3 times after to prevent the battery from not functioning properly.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover: • Any damage resulting from abuse or misuse of the product • Any damage caused by failure to follow operating or installation instructions provided with the product • Any damage resulting from improper connection of the battery • Paint or damage to the paint of the product or cosmetic damage caused by the normal wear and tear use of the product • Damaged caused by water or operating the product outside of the normal environmental specifications of the product • Acts of God • Any damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair of the product • This limited warranty is directed solely to the initial registered end user and is transferable by the initial purchaser only with the written consent of Elite Products and Technologies, Inc.
