Merchandise can also be returned for a refund or store credit if merchandise has never been used or installed within 15 days of the shipping date. Exchanges - Merchandise may be returned for exchange within 15 days of the shipping date. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, a credit in the amount of the difference will be issued. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, a charge will be processed. Merchandise will not be exchanged after 15 days Please Note: Exchanges or Replacements will only be done one time. If the exchange is of an aesthetic nature shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed. Customers exchanging or attempting to exchange outside of the 15 day policy will be reshipped their original product and recharged ground shipping fee.
Refunds - Merchandise can be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
• Merchandise is received by Elite within 15 days of the shipping date.
• Merchandise has never been used or installed.
• Merchandise is returned with all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), and included accessories
• Merchandise is not s Full Housings, Screen protector, or Antenna Booster.
• Return shipping charge is paid for by the customer.
The Return Fee will range from 15% (for opened or refused packages) to 50% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Return Fee. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is not disputable or negotiable. Customers attempting to return outside of the 15 day policy will be reshipped their original product and recharged ground shipping fee. In the event a credit card account is closed, the Accounting Deprtment will be able to issue a refund until 180 days after the transaction date.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded. Please note Shipping and Handling chargers are Not Refundable, and will Not be refunded for Any Reason.
