Live Help allows you to chat with an customer service representative in real time. Available from 10:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. This means that there are no delays in getting the help you need. To chat, simply click on a Customer Service Live Chat icon and a small window will pop upon your screen. After a moment, a representative will introduce him- or herself. Type in your question, hit the Submit button and begin your conversation. Remember, unlike email, there are no delays with live chat, so you receive an immediate answer. click here to begin chatting.
Using Live Help
1. Click the "Use Live Help Button" above. A Live Help window will pop-up on your screen.
Please Note: your browser must have JavaScript enabled.
2. Enter your name, and type your question or comment.
3. Click Send to send your message to us. After a few seconds, a dialog window will appears when an
agent receives your question, and then your online conversation will begin.
4. Type your text in the text box at the bottom of the window, and click Send each time you wish to converse.
5. Close chat window (X out) when you are through with your conversation.
