Is my information that I submit secure?
- Rest assured that your security is our top priority.  Your orders are processed through the use of a secure server so all information is encrypted.  For security reasons, we do not store credit card numbers so that information cannot be retrieved by any one.

I emailed your company.   When can I expect a response?
- Customer service is very important to us.  We answer emails a quickly as possible.  Normal turn around times for emails will run about 48 business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of emails, responses may be delayed.  Please know, that we answer every correspondence in as timely a manner is possible in an effort to better serve you.

What if I have questions about your products?
- Our technical, shipping, and office departments have support professionals standing by to answer any questions you may have concerning our products.  Please feel free to email, or call with any questions you may have.  We also have online live support personal waiting to help you with any need.

I am a retail owner, can I get wholesale prices from your company?
- Unfortunately we are strictly a retail company and do not offer wholesale pricing at this time, however, you may find that we have retail prices that are lower than many competitors wholesale pricing. 

My product does no fit or work.  How do I get a refund?
-  We will be happy to refund products returned within 15 days.  All refunds are processed within 10 to 15 days.  For status, please feel free to call and speak with a service representative.  Just return the item with a letter of intent and we will give you a refund with no questions asked.  

What are my payment options?
- Elite accepts American Express, Master Card, Discover, Visa, Optima, or, Pay Pal as form of payment.  Unfortunately, Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) is not available as payment at this time.
